How to Grow Goji Berry Plant in Kashmir

We have USDA zone 8-10 which mean -15 to 35 range is included in this list. USD 5 is good for Goji Berry But they can grow in our climate easily to start them grow at Kashmir spring, which mean ending February you can start to grow by preparing land for grow this seed.



No 2:  Find the plant

Goji berry plants can be purchased through online by buying them seed or a live plant, but it depends upon timing for buying plant seed are always available at there. 



No 3:Choose a suitable garden location

Plant the Goji berry plant in a spot that receives at least 3 hours of sun. At Kashmir they don't tolerate extreme heat you need to growth them on shade.

Soil  for Goji berry plant. 

Plant in either the spring or fall. When planting, mix 2/3 soil from the planting hole with 1/3 compost. You can add perlite, coco peat organic fertilizer or rice husk make soil better.

 Alternatively, you may prune the plant to about 4' and grow it more like a shrub.

Know when to expect a harvest. The Goji berry plant may flower and fruit the first growing season. The small flowers are a pretty light purplish color. As the plant gets older, you will have a longer fruiting time period. At around four years old, the plant will likely produce fruit most of the growing season, which is May through June at Kashmir.
